1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PureBlissMoments (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use PureBlissMoments lawfully and only with content you have rights to use. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute spam, or to infringe on the rights of others.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant PureBlissMoments a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for invitation text, uploaded assets, and guest data accuracy.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is the property of PureBlissMoments and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our templates outside of normal Service usage.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
PureBlissMoments is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
